As part of the Nuclear Graduates programme, you will take part in a blend of technical and behavioural training designed to support your professional growth. Whether or not you choose to work towards a professional qualification or chartership, your training will be tailored to give you the knowledge, skills and experience needed to succeed in the nuclear sector.

You will face real challenges and take on real responsibilities from the start, with support every step of the way. You will have a dedicated Early Careers Coordinator, alongside a Mentor and Line Managers to guide and support your journey.

One of the things many graduates value most is the peer group around them. You will be working alongside other Nuclear Graduates from a wide range of disciplines such as scientists, engineers, accountants and project managers. The connections you build here will last long beyond the programme. After all, no one else quite understands what it means to be part of something this pioneering.
